Verification of WES service

If seeking verification for this type of qualification, you must submit the following with your application: 

• A completed academic records request form from the relevant evaluation services websites. Please remember to include your reference number on the form.

• A completed QQI verification application form.

• Proof of ID.  This can be a scanned copy of your: 
  • passport,
  • driving licence,
  • Public Services Card, or 
  • any other official form of photo ID.

• Please be aware that incomplete applications will not be processed and will be returned to you.  

Once we have received your application for WES verification, we will issue a statement to verify your qualification and send an email confirming that your application has been processed.

WES advises that it takes about five days before the processing of qualification verifications received from QQI can begin. QQI issues statements electronically to WES every Friday.

For other evaluation services/university admissions, we will issue the verification by email, if this information has been provided by you. We will also let you know once the application has been completed.
