Thematic Analysis of the Higher Education Institution Annual Quality Reports for 2023

QQI has published a request for quotes for a thematic analysis of the higher education institution annual quality reports for 2023.

The Annual Quality Reports (AQR) submitted by higher education institutions to QQI form part of the quality assurance framework of engagement with this sector, providing documentary evidence of the development and evolution of each institution’s internal quality system.

In 2023, QQI received annual quality reports for the period September 2021 to August 2022 from:

• 6 private higher education institutions; and
• 16 public higher education institutions.

QQI is seeking a service provider to complete a system-level thematic analysis of quality assurance activities, developments and enhancements and their impact as reported in AQRs submitted for the reporting period. The work must be completed by 15 Septmber 2023.

The closing date for responses is 12 noon on Friday, 30 June 2023.
