Request for tenders: Thematic Analysis of the Higher Education Institution Annual Quality Reports 2022

QQI has published a request for tenders for the Thematic Analysis of the Higher Education Institution Annual Quality Reports of 2022.

Each year QQI receives an annual quality report (AQR) from each higher education institution. In 2022 it received 42 such reports. In the past QQI has conducted and published thematic reviews of these reports each year.

This year QQI invites tenders for the following package of services:

1. A thematic analysis of annual quality reports of 2022 from the 22 private higher education institutions
2. A thematic analysis of annual quality reports of 2022 from the 20 public higher education institutions
3. An evaluation of the usefulness of the AQR for fulfilling its purpose and recommendations on ways in which the AQR template and guidance could be improved.

The work must be completed by Wednesday 15 March 2023.

The closing date for responses is 12 noon on Thursday 8 December 2022.
