QQI named SME Company of the Year at KeepWell Awards

On Workplace Wellbeing Day, we are delighted to let you know that QQI has once again been included in the Top 100 Companies Leading in Wellbeing Index Top 100 Companies Leading In Wellbeing 2024. This index recognises the top 100 businesses of all sizes for their exceptional contribution to employees' social, mental, and physical wellbeing. All companies listed are active members of Ibec’s KeepWell community and have demonstrated a high standard of wellbeing performance.

Furthermore, QQI was selected as the KeepWell Mark™ award winner for Company of the Year (SME) and received the award at an event yesterday afternoon.  

The judging panel were very impressed with QQI’s Health, Work, and Wellbeing Strategy.  ‘It outlines its long-term commitment to wellbeing, which is accompanied by employee-focused actions and diverse KPIs and is strongly endorsed by leadership. QQI has made significant progress throughout its KeepWell Mark journey and is a worthy recipient of Company of the Year (SME)’.

This award comes after many years of hard work and commitment by our HR team, who have led this project since 2018 with the support of senior management, the Staff Engagement Forum, and is recognition of their efforts in continuously improving employee wellbeing within QQI.
