Europass e-Portfolio in Ukrainian
The Europass e-Portfolio is one of several European Commission services that are now available in the Ukrainian language to help support those fleeing the war in Ukraine.
This is a result of a fruitful collaboration between the Commission and the European Training Foundation (ETF) which was instrumental to the swift translation of the Europass e-portfolio. The Europass team together with ETF colleagues are currently working on further translations which will result in additional Europass information pages in Ukrainian.

Dedicated helpline available
The Commission has recently launched a dedicated phone helpline in Ukrainian and Russian to provide information and assist those fleeing the war in Ukraine. The Commission, through the Europe Direct Contact Centre (EDCC), has been answering questions in writing in both, Ukrainian and Russian since the end of March and this service is now also available by phone. As the EDCC is also taking care of the Europass Helpdesk, these new resources will be also available to Europass users.
This step comes together with other EU initiatives to show support for people fleeing the war in Ukraine such as the EU skills profile tool, and many more initiatives in the area of education and access to jobs.
